The **Calendar Entries** page allows users to create, edit, and manage events that appear on the **Master Calendar**. If the **Master Calendar** is published on the storefront, these events will also be visible to customers. (To enable the master calendar on the storefront reach out to support) --- ## **Accessing the Calendar Entries Page** To access the **Calendar Entries** page: 1. Navigate to the **Administration Panel**. 2. Select **Communications** > **Calendar Entries** from the menu. --- ## **Managing Calendar Entries** The left panel displays a **list of scheduled events**, showing: - **Event Title** - **Date & Time** - **Color-coded identifier** (backend only) - **Edit/Delete buttons** for modifying or removing events ### **Creating a New Calendar Entry** To create a new event: 1. Click the **New** button at the bottom of the page. 2. Fill in the event details (described below). 3. Click **Save** to add the event to the calendar. ### **Editing an Existing Calendar Entry** To edit an event: 1. Click the **Edit** button next to the event. 2. Modify the necessary fields. 3. Click **Save** to update the event. ### **Deleting a Calendar Entry** To delete an event: 1. Click the **Delete** button next to the event. 2. Confirm the deletion. --- ## **Event Details Fields** When creating or editing an event, the following fields are available: ### **Basic Information** - **Item Title:** The event name displayed on the calendar. - **Item Subtitle:** A brief description or secondary title. - **Item Type:** Select from available event types (e.g., Meeting, Class, Special Event). - **Location:** Choose a location from the dropdown list. ### **Date & Time** - **Start Date:** Select the event’s start date (MM/DD/YYYY format). - **End Date:** Select the event’s end date (if applicable). - **All Day?:** Choose **Yes** for full-day events or **No** to specify start and end times. - **Start Time:** Set the event’s start time. - **End Time:** Set the event’s end time. ### **Description & Links** - **Item Description:** Enter details about the event. - **Item Link (URL):** Add a link for more information (optional). - **Item Link Description:** Provide a short description of the link. ### **Publishing & Visibility** - **Publish:** Select **Yes** to make the event visible on the **Master Calendar**. - **Scope:** Choose the audience (e.g., General, Members-Only). ### **Recurring Events** - **Recurring:** Select **Yes** if the event repeats. - **Recurring Interval:** Define how often the event repeats (e.g., Daily, Weekly, Monthly). ### **Additional Settings** - **Display Color:** Assign a color to the event for visual distinction. - **Image Path:** Upload an image related to the event. --- ## **Saving & Publishing Events** Once all required fields are completed: 1. Click **Save** to finalize the event. 2. If **Publish** is enabled, the event will appear on the **Master Calendar**. --- ## **Viewing Events on the Storefront** If the **Master Calendar** is published on the storefront, events marked as **Published** will automatically appear for customers.
