The system provides a streamlined way to designate individuals as instructors and grant them access to the tools and functionalities required for managing their assigned classes. --- ## **Marking a Person as an Instructor** To designate a person as an instructor: 1. **Locate the Person's Profile**: - Navigate to the person's profile using the **Search > People** tab. 2. **Edit the Profile**: - On the profile page, click **Edit Account** to make changes. 3. **Enable Instructor Role**: - Scroll down to the bottom of the **Basic Profile** section. - Locate and check the **Instructor** checkbox. 4. **Save Changes**: - Click **Save & Return** to finalize the changes.
